Return and Cancellation Policy
In return, either replacement or refund will be provided for item(s) by the manufacturer.Return will be provided only for item(s) which are damaged or different in specifications. Once the package will be delivered to you,Racerfly team will contact you within 48 hours of delivery to complete the live video call verification of the consignment.In verification process we will look through each and every item(s) to make sure that there are no damaged item(s) and matched the item(s) details with the invoice.
Although orders are delivered to you with appropriate packaging and they are always kept intact when they reach you.It’s important for customers to receive the right items, it’s equally important that they get them in good condition. Damaged goods are a headache for both the customer and the business.
However,if in case you receive any damaged, different or less quantity item(s), their details will be noted down by our team so a return request can be initiated.All the necessary procedure will be informed by our team for the return request to be initiated.Eligible item(s) for return need to be send by you through a courier service within 7 days.While returning the item(s), you need to quote order ID along with the picture of invoice for proof of purchase.
- If no item(s) found to be eligible for return in video verification, no return will be provided after that.
- You need to send the eligible item for return within 7 days after verification or the return request will be cancelled.
- Any item(s) you return must be in the same condition you received it.
- If the order is created, we do not allow cancellation of order in any circumstances.
- However, you will be given 24 hours of time to cancel the order.
- For Cancellation, Racerfly support team to be contacted by various methods through contact us link, chat or email.
- Please quote Order ID in all communications and valid reason for cancellation.
- It is advised that a query is sent from the registered email id or contact number.
- Please make sure you contact us for cancellation of the order within 24 hrs once it is created.
Refund will be provided within 2 business days after the successful cancellation of order.
Note : Cancellation option is not available in pool buying and all major sales.
