Return, Cancellation and Warranty Policy
In return, either a replacement or refund will be provided by the supplier. Return will be provided only for item(s) which are damaged, defective, or different in specifications. Once the package will be delivered to you, you must notify us through email, WhatsApp or call. Then, the Racerfly team will contact you within 48 hours to complete the video call verification of the consignment. In this process, we do a live video call and guide you to open the package in front of us. Then we look through each and every item carefully to make sure you don't receive damaged or different goods.
Although orders are delivered to you with appropriate packaging. And they are always kept intact when they reach you. We understand that it’s important for customers to receive the right items in good condition. Damaged goods are a headache for both the customer and the business. So, we ensure you that this problem will not occur in the first place.
However, if in case you receive any damaged or different item(s) than you ordered, our team will note down the details and a return request will be initiated for your order. All the necessary procedure will be informed to you by our team for the return request to be initiated. Eligible item(s) for return need to be sent by you through a courier service within 7 days. The cost of returning item will bear by Raccerfly itself. While returning the item(s), you need to quote order ID along with the picture of invoice for proof of purchase.
- If you open the package without completing the video call verification, return policy will no longer be valid then.
- If no item(s) found to be eligible for return in video verification, no return will be provided after that.
- You need to send the eligible item for return within 7 days after verification or the return request will be cancelled.
- Any item(s) you return must be in the same condition you received it.
If the order is created, we do not allow the cancellation of order in any circumstances. Because we start processing the order as soon as we receive it. However, you will be given 24 hours of time to cancel the order. For Cancellation, you need to contact us first by various methods through the "contact us" link, "chat" or "email". Please quote Order ID in all communications and valid reason for cancellation.
It is advised that a query is sent from the registered email id or contact number. Please make sure you contact us for cancellation of the order within 24 hrs once it is created. One of our team member will get in touch with you and complete the required process for cancellation.
Refund will be provided within 2 business days after the successful cancellation of order.
