How do I place an order?
- Select a product you want to purchase.
- Add it to the cart.
- Go to your cart and select checkout.
- Select Fulfilled By Racerfly for order fulfilment process.
- Complete the transaction, Go to your orders and track the order status from there.
Can I get a free sample to test?
No, samples are not free. You have to pay for it first.
What information do I need to provide for an order?
You need to enter your billing and shipping address and complete the transaction.
- How can I pay for my order?
To complete the transaction two options are given to the buyers. One option is to pay through Razorpay gateway - where multiple payment method options are given.Another option is to pay through direct bank transfer. For larger orders, we recommend you to pay through bank transfer.
- What currency are your prices listed in?
Prices are listed in INR and USD.
- Do you offer discounts on bulk amounts?
Yes,our pricing model is divided into slabs, each varying according to the quantity. Larger the quantity of an order, lesser the price you pay.
- Can I have a pro-forma invoice?
Yes, you can download a pro-forma invoice from “your orders” section after placing an order.
Would I be able to track the status of my order?
Tracking order status on Racerfly is very simple. Go to “your account” then “your orders” and click on the order you want to track. On tracking details you can simply check the status of your order.
How would I know if my order is placed?
An email will be sent once you've successfully placed your order. An order ID will be generated and you can simply track the status of your order from the “your Account” section on Racerfly.
Is shipped and dispatched different terms?
Yes, On Racerfly, dispatched means that the consignment has left the factory and moved to a warehouse. Shipped is when the consignment is boarded on the freight and is on the way to get delivered to the buyer.
How long will it take my delivery to arrive?
Processing time can vary greatly depending on the order. Larger orders may require more time, mostly depending on the amount of time it takes to manufacture the items. Orders will be delivered by the date you see on the product page for your location.
How do you process my order?
After receiving your order, we send the order details to the supplier. Once the order gets approved by the supplier, shipping and delivery date is updated. After that, orders get dispatched, shipped, and delivered to you.
Return & cancellation related
Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. However, we give an option to cancel the order within 24 hours by contacting us first.
Can I exchange my order?
We do not offer exchanges on any order after it gets delivered. We request you, while placing the order, select the right variant of the product appropriate to your requirements.
What is video call verification and why do I need to do it?
In video call verification, Racerfly does video probing of the consignment to verify that the buyer does not receive damage or different specification products. Video call verification is done within 48 hours after the order gets delivered.In case of damaged or different specifications ,return will be provided according to the return policy.
